1. Know your sizes?

⭕ Just take your existing t-shirt and lay it on a flat surface. Measure the width of the chest in cm. Compare it with our size chart. You may also contact our customer service for further explanation 📞📞

2. How long does the shipping takes?

⭕ Orders will be packed and send out within 1 working days after payment is processed.

3. Return & Exchange

⭕ We no longer accept return nor exchange of sizes effective on 1st of September 2020. The main concern is hygiene issue especially after the Covid-19 pandemic. The size chart and video guide are listed clearly in the product descriptions. Please read them before buying. However we still accept return for defects or any other faults made by the seller.

4. Packing and delivery

⭕ We repacked our tshirt into premium dustbag, wrap the dustbag with our in-house decorative paper and stickers, add in a thank you card with name stated above and finish it with a customised carton box. Thereafter, slot it into a polymail and ship out. Your name will be stated at the thank you card if no request or mention beforehand, do write a note or let us know if you wish to write a different name as it is for a gift. Delivery will be via the platform courier.

5. Order & Cancellation

⭕ We are using a WMS system, once order is paid. We are unable to accept any cancellation, changes in address, sizes, quantity or colours. Order will be sync directly to our warehouse for pick and pack. If the item have not been packed, you may message us and we will assist accordingly
